Creamy chocolate shake

with tahini

Ingredients

 

  • 2 cups coconut milk

  • 1 banana

  • 3 pitted dates

  • 2 tbsp oats

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1-2 scoops plant based protein powder (optional)

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a splash more milk.
