Golden Milk

(Turmeric latte)

  • 2 cups of coconut milk

  • ¾ tsp turmeric

  • ½ tsp cardamom

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Tiny pinch of black pepper

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • ½ - 1 tsp grated ginger

  • Sweetener of your choice (here I used 2 tsp of maple syrup)


  • In a small saucepan, heat up the coconut milk on low heat.

  • Once the milk is hot (be careful not to boil it) add the rest of the ingredients and whisk for 1-2 minutes.

  • Transfer the mixture into a blender and blend for a minute, until everything is well combined and smooth.

  • Serve and enjoy!
