Tahini and Carob Syrup Spread

1 jar (450-500 ml)




  • ​1 cup tahini 

  • 1 cup carob syrup 

  • 3 tbsp carob powder  


  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined

  • Transfer to a clean jar and store at room temperature 

  • Serve with pancakes, waffles, cakes, bread, croissants or eat it by the spoonful
