Tahini orange & cacao oat cookies

10 cookies




  • ​100 gr tahini 

  • 100 gr maple syrup 

  • 120 gr oats 

  • Zest from one orange

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 

  • 50 gr chopped almonds or walnuts 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 180 °C.

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

  • Shape into small cookies and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake for 10 minutes.

  • The cookies will still be soft when you pull them out of the oven; they will become firmer as they cool.

  • When they are completely cool, you can transfer them to your favorite cookie jar.
