Ingredients

100 gr tahini
-
100 gr maple syrup
-
120 gr oats
-
Zest from one orange
-
2 tbsp cocoa powder
-
50 gr chopped almonds or walnuts

1 tsp cinnamon
Method

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Shape into small cookies and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 minutes.

The cookies will still be soft when you pull them out of the oven; they will become firmer as they cool.

When they are completely cool, you can transfer them to your favorite cookie jar.
